By visiting our partner farms annually, we ensure they follow fair and organic practices. We also allow our farm partners to dictate their prices and be part of the negotiation process, committing to purchasing their coffee for a minimum of five years. This approach guarantees a stable future for our producers and high-quality coffee for our partners.
Comprehensive Training and Support
World-Class Training Program
Our coffee training program is designed to ensure your team is equipped with the knowledge and tools to provide the best cup of coffee to all your visitors and staff. Whether you are just starting out or looking to enhance your existing coffee program, we offer initial training visits, supported over the first two days (four hours per day), and bi-monthly training visits to support both new and current staff. Our training covers everything from barista skills to operational efficiencies.
Operational Support
We provide extensive support to help you run your café smoothly and efficiently. Our team will assist with waste management to ensure profitability and sustainability, and offer operational training to troubleshoot and understand the functionality of your coffee machines. This support ensures your equipment delivers consistently great coffee every day.

Eco-Sustainability Initiatives
At Rosso, we are dedicated to minimizing our environmental impact. We track and measure all CO2 emissions annually and use plant-based materials for our whole bean packaging. Our cafés follow the best waste management standards created by the City of Calgary’s waste management team, ensuring we operate sustainably within the given infrastructure limits. Additionally, Rosso Coffee is a certified BCorp, demonstrating our commitment to meeting the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.
