This exceptional lot was carefully crafted through a meticulous process. The double fermentation starts with the coffee cherries being fermented anaerobically without yeast for 96 hours with CO2, they are then pulped, fermented again for 24 hours, and washed. Finally, it was dried in a dark room for 17 days.
Black Moon Farms is nestled in the mountains of Alto Quiel, Boquete. Here, they specializes in cultivating luxury coffee varieties such as Geisha, Chiroso, and Pink Bourbon. Inspired by the symbolism of new moons representing fresh starts, they're transforming degraded soils through regenerative agriculture methods, rejuvenating fertility and microbial life.
