The Geisha coffee exhibits deep and intense fruit flavors, showcasing the full potential of sweetness in a coffee. It offers a medley of red fruit flavors such as raspberry and blood orange, complemented by juicy nectarine and a syrupy body that creates an immensely sweet taste. The Geisha's intense lively florals are characterized as hibiscus, which also contributes to the overall sweetness throughout your cup!

The 'Echo' processing method begins with a meticulous selection process, where only the perfectly ripe coffee cherries with a BRIX reading of 21-24 are chosen. These cherries are then pulped and added to fermentation tanks along with cascara (coffee cherry), and mixed thoroughly. To create an anaerobic environment that enables coffee to ferment for over 50 hours, the tanks are flushed with carbon dioxide, while monitoring the pH, temperature, and CO2 levels throughout the fermentation process.

*Please note that Gold Series coffees are excluded from regular discounts & promotions.

Amazing and worth it

Bit the bullet and tried this and it did not disappoint. It's smooth and fruity. No bitter after taste and leaves a nice mouthfeel. The cup of coffee I bought (really wanted to try it despite it being $12 a pop) at Stephens Ave was one of the best I've had. The manager even made it fun by letting me decipher via a flavour wheel on how my sips tastes like.
