In early 2022, Inmaculada Coffee Farms began supporting Cauca region producers affected by climate change by purchasing their coffee cherries, managing post-harvest processes, and paying quality premiums. The initiative aims to improve farmers' quality of life, enhance agricultural practices, meet specialty coffee standards, and introduce them to international markets. Inmaculada collaborates with farmers on 60 hectares in Cauca, using agroforestry to protect crops from adverse weather.
