Nestled at 1,600 meters in the prized Alto Jaramillo region, Windy Ridge is more than just a coffee—it’s the essence of tradition, maturity, and the wisdom of time. Facing the majestic Baru Volcano, this plantation stands tall, with trees often reaching over 5 meters. Here, the coffee cherries are carefully harvested by hand, using ladders in the traditional style, ensuring that only the ripest cherries are selected.
