Gesha Village / Ethiopia Surma 113 Natural Gesha 1931 100g
This is a 100g bag
mandarin / tangerine / rooibus tea
Sweetness ●●●●○ Acidity ●●●●● Body ●●●○○
This coffee's cup profile is characterized by a sophisticated citrus acidity, with the essence of mandarin and tangerine taking the spotlight. These citrus notes are complemented by a velvety smoothness reminiscent of rooibos tea, along with a honey-like sweetness that harmonizes the flavors. The coffee culminates with a sticky marmalade finish, leaving a lasting impression on your palate.
Sourced from the Surma block, which pays homage to the pastoralist ethnic group, the Surma, for their cultural significance in the area, this lot comprises Gesha 1931 beans. The coffee is processed as a traditional natural, with no intentional fermentation employed. It undergoes a meticulous drying process, resting on raised beds under the sun for 28 days, allowing its unique character to fully develop.
*Please note that Gold Series coffees are excluded from regular discounts & promotions.
