A superb example of an Ethiopian Gesha, with fragrant Earl Grey and jasmine notes, a bright acidity with flavours of grape, apricot and tangerine and an elegant tea like body. A cup of elegance and tantalizing aromas that will transport you to a unique origin. Enjoy an exquisite cup with every sip.
This cup's legacy is rooted in the original Gesha. From the village spotted by a botanical mission, this '31 selection is a descendant of the Panamanian strain. Near the forests of coffee's genesis, admire the Surma block, named for the pastoral people of the area. Traditional sun drying for 28 days, with no intentional fermentation, brings out all that classic Gesha has to offer.
