The Terroir Carbonic Maceration Washed Geisha from Finca Deborah presents a delicate and nuanced cup, highlighting notes of juicy white peach and bright lemon verbena, rounded by soft honey sweetness and a refined oolong tea finish. Its vibrant acidity pairs beautifully with a silky, tea-like body, delivering a clean and elegant experience.

This coffee undergoes a Carbonic Maceration Washed process, where whole cherries ferment in a sealed, carbon dioxide-rich environment, encouraging unique flavour development. Post-maceration, the cherries are washed to refine the cup’s clarity, enhancing its floral and fruity notes while maintaining exceptional balance.

About the Farm & Producer

Finca Deborah, located at 1,900 meters above sea level in Volcán, Panama, is led by Jamison Savage, a pioneer in experimental coffee processing. Known for pushing the boundaries of coffee innovation, Finca Deborah focuses on precision fermentation methods and sustainable practices to produce world-class Geisha coffees.

The farm’s high elevation, cool temperatures, and nutrient-rich volcanic soils provide ideal conditions for slow cherry maturation, intensifying flavour complexity. Through techniques like carbonic maceration and meticulous hand-sorting, Finca Deborah consistently delivers coffees that highlight the purity and elegance of the Geisha varietal.
