Panama Kotowa Las Brujas Natural Geisha 2002T3 offers a bright and complex cup with notes of mandarin and panella, balanced by delicate jasmine florals and the sweetness of white peach. Its lively acidity and smooth, tea-like body make it an elegant and refined coffee experience.
The natural process involves carefully selecting ripe cherries, which are dried whole on raised African beds under controlled conditions. This method enhances the coffee's fruity sweetness and floral complexity, resulting in a clean and balanced cup.
