Delight in the unique flavour profile of this coffee, where nuances of apricot, floral magnolia, and honeysuckle blend seamlessly with the sweet elegance of Chardonnay. With a coating, sticky body and a medium, winey acidity, this coffee offers a rich and sophisticated experience that lingers on the palate, promising a distinctive and memorable tasting journey.
This coffee's lineage traces back to the original Gesha, unlike Gesha 1931, which derived from selected plants. Gori Gesha represents a localized selection within the broader Gesha family, cultivated in the Gori Gesha forest in Ethiopia. This direct lineage results in a flavour profile closer to the original Gesha, showcasing unique adaptations to the specific microclimate and soil conditions of its native region. Gori Gesha is prized for its authenticity and heritage tied to the birthplace of Gesha coffee.
