    Nirvana opens with the deep, soothing notes of black tea and the floral elegance of jasmine. As you explore its layers, a vibrant medley unfolds: the richness of dark chocolate, the bold complexity of red wine, and the sweetness of ripe cherries and raspberries. Hints of grapefruit add a bright, citrusy sparkle, while nougat and milk tea lend a creamy, indulgent finish. Each sip is a journey through a world of flavour, inviting you to lose yourself in its intricate depth.

    The journey of Nirvana begins with whole cherries, carefully selected and placed in nitrogen-infused tanks for over 100 hours. In this controlled environment, the cherries undergo a slow, deliberate fermentation, with every detail—temperature, pH—monitored to perfection. Once the process is complete, the cherries are delicately dried on three-tiered raised beds for 30 days, allowing the rich, complex flavours to develop fully.

    About the Farm

    • Finca Deborah is an absolutely gorgeous coffee farm in the Los Pozos micro-region of Volcan, Panama. It is one of the most awarded coffee farms on the planet, having significant success in all World Coffee Competitions - Finca Deborah is the home to the only Geisha to have ever won the World Barista Championship, Berg Wu in 2016.
    • Jamison Savage and his family are the ones to thank for the wonders of Finca Deborah. The farm starts at 1900 meters and climbs to over 2000. The rainforest canopy, dense cloud coverage and a vision for natural and bio-dynamic agriculture leads way to one of the most stunning terroirs the coffee world has known.
