Established in 1967 by Rudolph Peterson, the farm transitioned from cattle ranching to coffee cultivation, gaining international acclaim in 2004 for introducing the Geisha variety to the world.The Nido plot, situated on the westernmost section of the farm at an elevation of approximately 1,800 meters above sea level, provides an ideal microclimate for cultivating exceptional Geisha coffee. The natural processing method involves slow patio drying for 3-5 days, followed by a 72-hour finish in a guardiola to ensure even drying and prevent over-fermentation.
